Refund Policy
1. What this covers
This policy covers subscription fees paid to SlimHippo for paid plans (e.g., “Growth”). It does not cover WhatsApp conversation charges, which are billed by Meta directly under Meta's own terms and are non-refundable by us.
2. 7-day refund guarantee
If you are on your first month of a paid plan and the Service does not work for your use case, email us within 7 days of the first charge and we will refund that charge in full — no questions asked.
3. Renewals
Subsequent monthly charges are refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel within 48 hours of the renewal charge. After 48 hours, the charge for the current period is non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges and your plan stays active until the period ends.
4. Service failures
If a verified platform outage caused by us prevents you from using the Service for more than 24 continuous hours in a billing period, you may request a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected days.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Account suspension or WABA restrictions imposed by Meta due to policy violations.
- Template rejections or messaging limits set by Meta.
- Charges older than 30 days.
6. How to request a refund
Email admin@slimhippo.in from your registered account email with the subject “Refund request”, including your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
